Jung Saet-Byul growing up was a trouble maker. With her friends, she goes around getting into mischiefs and stirring up problems. One day, she runs into Choi Dae Hyun while out with her friends and asks him to buy her some cigarettes at a convenience store.

Against his best judgment, he agrees. When he is done with the errand, Jung Saet Byul and Choi Dae Hyun exchange numbers but she never calls him. Time passes by and they go on with their lives.

Choi Dae Hyun is now in his thirties. He is handsome but very clumsy. However, he left his job at a large company and is now the manager of a local convenience store. He needs a part-time worker to work the night shift.

Jung Saet Byul has graduated from high school. She now goes to university and her troublemaker days are behind her. She is a strong woman with strong moral values and a quirky personality. Jung Saet Byul decides to take on a part-time position at the convenience store.

The drama focuses on the love story that will develop between the two main characters.

  1. This drama is an adaptation of the popular webtoon “Pyeonuijeom Saetbyeoli” written by Hwalhwasan.
  2. Lifetime network announced on January 28th, 2020 that both Ji Chang Wook and Kim Yoo are confirmed for the lead role.
  3. Many people are not happy to hear that Ji Chang Wook was cast for this role with Kim Yoo Jung. They feel that the age difference is too large. They are uncomfortable knowing that this is a romance drama.
  4. This is Ji Chang Wook’s second drama since coming back from his army services. The first one Melting Softly did not perform well among viewers.
