K-dramas have the ability to transport us to amazing worlds often not grounded in reality. Some of the best works of fantasy that I have seen come from Korean dramas. And even series that are not labeled as fantasies tend to stretch the truth so much that they might as well have been. However, medical kdramas are the exception to this list, at least for the medical scenes. Those parts are usually packed with so much information and feel so real, that you might really think that you are watching a live feed at a hospital. The nerd in me just loves it.
